A bank manager and family man in financial distress takes on the mission, with the help of his ex-cop neighbor Caden (Bruce Willis), to capture a bank robber in exchange for the reward on his head. Soon his life transforms into a non-stop high stakes action chase across the sprawling city. As their lives intertwine, the risks rise as temptations leave both men toeing the line of hunter or prey.
